REFRIGERANT CHARGING MACHINES

The VTech 100 series and VTech  200 series  refrigerant charging machines, automatically evacuate the product to a preset vacuum level, conduct a pressure rise test and accurately charge the specified quantity of the selected refrigerant.

Several models with multi-refrigerant features are available to suit your specific application.

The VTech 200HC, specially designed for hydrocarbons, is suitable for any refrigerant. The VTech 200 HC meets all the safety requirements when using flammable refrigerants.

The VTech 200 PD charging system integrates a high pressure burst pressure decay leak test using nitrogen or dry air, for in line testing of the refrigerant circuit.

REFRIGERANT SUPPLY SYSTEMS

The VTech SRS Single Refrigerant System ensures that the liquid refrigerant is delivered to the refrigerant charging machine at a pressure suitable for production requirements.

The VTech BRS delivers liquid refrigerant, from cylinders or bulk storage tanks to final charging systems.

LEAK DETECTION AND LOCATION EQUIPMENT

The VTech Tester PD LP Low Pressure Leak Detection is designed to automatically detect rough leaks in radiators or other components with limited circuit strength.

The VTech Tester PD HP High Pressure Burst with leak detection, automatically tests products or components at pressures up to 4500 KPa (650 psig).

The VTech 75 is a multi function leak tester with pressure decay leak testing, and a manual sniffer. Available with either He or H2 tracer gas detector, it allows cost effective and safe leak location.

The VTech VacuTester is an “Inside – Out“  leak tester. Provided of a vacuum chamber, which can be designed according to production requirements, allows fine leak detection 

The VTech MassSpec is an “Outside – In” configuration helium leak detector, where the units are under vacuum within a containment chamber at 10% helium to air ratio for a sensitive leak check. It sensibly reduces the testing time and maintenance costs.

PRE-EVACUATION AND GAS FILLING GROUPS

The VTech Pre-Vac 10 , pre – Evacuation Group has been designed and realised to evacuate refrigeration circuits before refrigerant filling.

The VTech Gas Filler automatically evacuates and charges the components to be tested with gas to allow leak location by means of a manual sniffer.

REFRIGERANT RECOVERY SYSTEMS

The VTech V-REC recovers clean refrigerant to a storage system or for re-use.
