Girovac has along history of involvement in VACUUM COATING & METALIZING.

We have regularly supplied the EDWARDS E306a and latterly, the AUTO306, in various configurations.

We can offer both the FTM6 and FTM7

Girovac has recently delivered a RECONDITIONED E306A to a company in Essex to perform multi-layer deposition using Girovac's own 4 POSITION TURRET SOURCE on a Diffusion Pumped System.

The E306A was stripped and rebuilt and was fitted with a purpose-built Pyrex and stainless steel work chamber.

Two other reconditioned E306A systems - one with Leybold Turbo Molecular pump fitted- have been delivered by Girovac in recent months. Both are being used for thermal evaporation.

Other success in recent years include a purpose built METALIZER for depositing semi transparent aluminium onto in-store security camera domes and 2 specially designed 28" diameter work chamber systems for multi-layer electrical films incorporating E2M40 backing pump and 250/2--- Diffstak.
